Hi,
Looking to build the following for general use plus some gaming. Also intend using the Dell monitor for some Xbox360 and eventually PS3 gaming. does the Dell allow pixel mapping for lower resolutions?

The image quality is possibly arguable but it is definitely faster in most circumstances. :)

It all looks good, you might want to consider the Corsair 620w PSU instead of the Seasonic, it is based on the same design as Seasonic but it is modular, a bit cheaper and apparantly built to even higher quality standards. You might also be better going for an after-market cooler if you want to overclock or alternatively just because it will be a bit quieter normally.
 
i second the guys above for the psu get the corsair 620, and for the gfx at that uber res on that monitor if you can afford i would reccomend getting the 8800gts if you can stretch to it.
