Looks HUGE... would that even fit in a p180

Well I have one installed in a Zen, and there is about 2" clearance in there. The P180 is slightly bigger so the answer is yes it will.

Antec P180 - 205 x 540 x 507 (WxHxD mm)
Akasa Zen - 200 x 450 x 500 (WxHxD mm)

No mods at all, fitted straight out the packet.

eVGA query:

On earlier revisions of this mainboard, capacitors on the rear side of the socket interfere with the backplate. Installation is possible but not recommended and not officially supported by Noctua. Newer revisions don't seem to have these capacitors and hence are fully compatible.

Ahhh in that case. I'm gonna consider the Titan or something different. Will be ordering in the next 30mins. I have the Titan, Tuniq, Arctic Cooler 7 all sitting in my basket now. Along with Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (3.5g) (Dunno if i will need this????) And also the 2GB of OCZ Ram.

OcUK will ship you the newest revision by the way, and you could even enquire but its your call. You should get paste with any of those coolers. Have a check on their reviews online via google.

I've already got the board upstairs. If you know how i could check i can do that right now.

Did you buy it from OcUK? It may well be printed on the invoice, box, manual etc or even written on the motherboard itself.

was unable to find the revision of mobo

i've now ordered my psu and case, i went for the arctic pro 7 aswell.

just ram and gfx left now
