My budget was £500-£550 but have gone a bit over if you can lower the price a bit it would be fine otherwise I don't mind going over. Hoping this will last a few years. I'm upgrading from a amd xp2500 + ati 9800pro which has lasted quite a long time.
I will be playing games at 1280x1024 (native res for my monitor) and hope this build lasts with new games in the future

Excellent Spec.

However, you don't need PC8500 ram, especially with an E4300. The Ballistix PC5300 ram is pretty much the same stuff anyway, and a lot cheaper.

You also may want to invest in a 3rd party CPU cooler like a Thermalright Ultra 120 or Noctua, and possibly a graphics card cooler if you value silence. :)

Posty, if u have msn can u gimme a shout please, got something to ask, im building a new pc myself soon.

Thanks (also got a tip to save u some cash lol)

Make sure you've got enough room in your case for a GTS (you should have, its worth checking though.) But yeh all looks good, almost the exact same i would pick with that money, although you could get some of the cheaper version Crucial Ballistix which ive heard overclocks like a beast, that could save you a few pounds. Another thing is you might want to invest in a 3rd party cooler such as the Noctua, have fun with it and tell us how you get on.
