only change to make is to the PSU, get a corsair HX520, its highly recommended and an excellelent PSU to have.

Looks fine, you might find you save a bit of cash by getting the cooler version without the LEDs but given the case I can see why you'd want them.

The Tuniq tower comes with its own themal compound but the arctic silver is better and easier to use.

The Tuniq will also fit into the Antec 900 case as well
