Long time since i built a pc so i'm more than a little out of touch, but here's what i came up with for my budget of around £500.

Anything obvious need changing or improving ?

thx :)

Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM

OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2

OCZ StealthXStream 600w Silent SLI Ready ATX2 Power Supply OCZ S

Asus ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express)

Asus P5Q Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 "LGA775 Core 2" 2.50GHz (800FSB)

Looks good to me. Wouldn't spend any more unless you fancy splashing out on a 4870. A faster CPU probably won't give you any meaningful improvement unless you go for a heavily overclocked quad (assuming you overclock the E5200)

Looks good-personally I would go with the Akasa Ak965 over the Freezer 7; 5 quid cheaper and I'm really impressed with mine. Slightly larger fan blades which means it spins slower and is quieter too :)
