spec check please

looking to upgrade pc soon and have a list of what i would like to get but if you guys could have a quick look and suggest anything it would be greatly appreciated.

the motherboard and cpu are certain but hte memory and psu im not sure about.
i will be running 4 hdds (sata) and dvd drive (sata) and a 4850 gpu, 3 case fans.
also not sure wether to use stock cooler for the moment or jsut buy cooler but aint got a clue which!! im still using an old big typhoon on my setup now.

suggestions please

change the PSU, the OCZs arent suppose to be that good under heavy load, corsair are my choice

sorry forgot to mention i would like modular psu as case is antec 900 and gets crammed so wanna neaten up the case abit.
i was looking at the corsair tx650 anygood?

hmm thats another set up to consider, would the hx 520 be enough to power everything?
since adding a 4th hdd ive been getting bsods and crashes and its all down to the psu antec basic 500.

yes the hx520 will power the rig above, the e7300 draws a lot less power then your skt 939 4400x2

what about with the amd 7750
muggins here still tempted by the amd although the intel above looks good for the money too.

what about the cpu cooler? ive heard loads about the freezer 64, was also looking at the noctua as would like somthing with 120mm fan so can change at later date.

just been looking at different coolers and see that the ultra 120 is a very good cooler, but im not sure about this clip on the fan thing, ive always screwed mine down and used rubber gromits to make it not vibrate.
