Upgrading my aging windows media centre pc under the tv, anyone see any issues with the above. Re-using the heatsink on the current build and also the hd.

Also while i'm posting anyone got any links to best way to make sure windows xp mce does not complain about the change of motherboard ?

looks ok to me, just make sure it has a hdmi port or a dvi to hdmi adaptor if hdmi is needed

ok realised my case only takes mATX and also is an Antec 380Watt psu (SU-380) which i'm hoping will be enough for one of the following specs:

Idea behind the 2nd spec was if the onboard graphics can't do the high def decoding then the processor will. 1st spec obviously relying a little more on the graphics card.

Can't make my mind up if the 2nd spec is worth the extra £80 ish.
