Spec Check Plse

What do you guys make of this spec:

Basically i want to overclock and get the best performance without forking out a lot. Would ideally want to reduce this down to £650-700. Want to create a silent system also. Going to take up gaming which i havnt done in along long time!

Current spec:

Pentium 4 prescott [email protected]
Giel 1GB DDR
MSi Mobo
Zalman Reserator1
M-Audio Revo 5.1
Akasa Eclipe
Tagan 450W
60gb Maxtor
300gb Maxtor SATA
400Gb Lacie USB
NEC CDRW/DVDRW
LG 19" 1980 Flatron

I will be reusing some of the parts.

Anyway i can drop the price down?

Can't you reuse your reserator 1??

TBH a decent silent air cooler is still capable of high oc so you may want to save £200 by removing that reserator 2.

Also your current Tagan 450W should be able to handle the new spec fine so you can remove that seasonic if you really want to save money.

And the 1.3Tb total storage space surely that's overkill??

i dont think i can reuse my reserator1 as it wount fit the conroe as its a different socket.

The tagan 450W really upto some serious c2d ocing?

nah i need the extra 600gb cos most of my other hdd's are full
