Right so i have a mad/genius idea.
after seeing the in win 904 (and now the 904 plus) i really like the case but the cooling is pretty poor.
so i'm thinking a second old case which i will hide at the other side under the desk (thinking one of those strap mounts you see in offices to under sling it) which will house pumps, an aquero, reservoir and a phobya 1080 radiator mounted on the side and a second psu with lots of sound and vibration damping.
ill run the tubes down the back of the desk from this along with a usb cable for the aquaero and a signal cable to link the psu's together so they both come on at once (and will delay the off for the pump psu so the fans and water continue for a few minutes after the pc shuts down)
i will make a project log thread when i start but just want to check the pc specs and get some advice
(also how do people do those nice spec write ups with the links price and pictures?)
case in win 904 plus

i have an idea with the XSPC block using a aquacomputer farbwerk rgb led driver ill replace the 3mm leds in the blocks with 3mm rgb ones aand the farbwerk can take signals from the sensors in the components (cpu/gpu) and so as the individual component temperature rises the light in the block will fade slowly from blue to red foir a visual clue to each parts temp (or load as it can do that too)
pump gonan go for the aquacomputer USB d5
radiator phobya 1080 nova
will one pump be enough (given the extra 3m worth of tubing)
or will it need two?
also going to braid cables and still need to decide on fittings.
for fans whats the best absolutely silent controllable fan that i can have a on the radiator?
So is this spec ok and am i missing out on any combo deals etc? or any incompatibilities.
the ram i just went with what seems the most commonly recommended?
whats the tool set up needed for braiding cables? might have to crimp some connectors for the longer/custom cables.
