I would probably scrap the aftermarket cooler and use the stock heatsink for that Skylake non-K i5. Stock is fine for those. Just in order to use the savings for the MSI RX 480 (cashback makes it £204.00 and then sell the game/s that comes with it).

The case is for ITX boards and the board in the bundle is a micro-ATX.
