DS4 worth it over the DS3? Asus P5B Delux better than both gigabyte boards without physical mods? Memory ok?

The DS4 is supposed to clock better with the 6600 chips and above, the DS3 is for the 6300/6400 so you have picked the right one at least. The Asus is also very good I believe but costs a bit extra.

I definitely wouldn't advise any changes over the Ram or PSU :)
