All looks good apart from the PSU!! It has been suggested countless times in other "spec me" thread not to go Hiper! Would go for Corsair / Seasonic / Tagan / OCZ / Enermax.
If it's me I'd just get DS3 with E6300, with the money saved plus a little extra you can get a nice Samsung 20" widescreen, which will go very well with the 8800GTS.

Do you need firewire or Crossfire potential? If not the DS3 is cheaper and will overclock as well.
I'd second the advice on the PSU, the Corsair 520w is great, whenever it is in stock.
I'd buy the 200gb Seagate as that is the lowest capacity that is a 7200.10 and is faster.
