its a steal at that price
and this graphics card BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 320MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

Im a noob but how big is the difference between 5300 and 6400? I plan on overclocking the core 2 duo.

And had a typo there, its the 640MB version of the GTS

the difference is the 5300 is designed to run at 667mhz and the 6400 at 800mhz but apparently the ballistics uses the same chips on all its ram and its excellent for overclocking can do 1000mhz+.
If your getting a 640mb GTS I would still recommend getting the BFG one as its cheaper clocked higher and comes with a lifetime warrenty.

Yeah the mobo is fine, you could get the DS3P though which has extra features such as Firewire, Crossfire and other all round improvements.

Ok. Is there an SLI board about the same price? If the gts gets beaten by new games I think SLI would give it a nice boost. MAX I want to pay from a mobo is ~140-150 £
