Do you really need the combo board? Bearing in mind that there are only 2 DDR3 slots.
From what I can see there you're wanting to change the cooler on the 8800GTX. The EVGA 8800GTX cards offer 10 years warranty which won't be void when changing the cooler.
Personally I'd go for the 620w version of that PSU, especially if you're planning to add more hard drives/accessories. A 520w will handle all that perfectly, but I'd just got for 620 to be 100% safe.
Also, don't forget a nice backup solution (another 500GB maybe) if you haven't got one already.

ahh yes i forgot to include a 160gb hdd just to backup my photos and music and things. I was think of running a Raid 1 setup with to 500gb but im told its not worth the hassle and i dnt really want to spend the money.
although there only 2 ddr3 slots i still think that it might be worth it as i could get 2x2gb sticks of ddr3 by the time I come to upgrade and it means that the board is future proofed for the next gen (penryn, ddr3)
and I'm on a budget which so i dnt want to spend it on a more expensive psu unless I have to
and on the evga card wouldn't the warrenty be void if I were to overclock it anyway?
