I am basically building nigh on the same system m8, but have gone for a GTX & a raptor, too be honest I only had enough for a GTS until I purchased a GTX from the for sale section, might be worth a thought

Also at £117 for the Asus Striker Extreme in OCUK B Grade you cant go far wrong

But that will be one kick a$$ system either way

have a look at the Western Digital Caviar SE16 500GB 5000AAKS SATA-II 16MB Cache, seen a few good things mentioned about them.

plus a 36 gig raptor, and squeezed into a L-L S80. Let's hope it's ok with the default cooler, can always get a better one at a later date.

Ram is good aslong as they still ship with the Micron D9 chips.

You might want to upgrade the cooling on the Q6600 if your clocking.

The retail HSF will do for now hopefully, will a Thermalright Ultra 120 fit though I wonder?
