So my PSU went pop and took the MB with it leaving me in need of a new PC. I don't really have a maximum budget, but I also don't want to spend any more than I have to.

I wont be OCing and just want something that will cope with games @ 1680x1050 (will be doing work etc on it as well but nothing that is going to push it). Seriously tempted by the bits listed below and would appreciate opinions:

Leadtek GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (£223.24)
Lian Li PC-A16B Aluminium Full-Tower - Black (£93.99)

Excellent setup, cannot fault it.

That's the sort of reply I was hoping for, thanks :D

A few other threads have raised a question tho - I'm currently running XP Pro and was going to stick with it, but will I get the full benefit of the 4GB RAM or should I be considering the switch to Vista?

You'll get most of it using a 32Bit operating system. I know a lot of people saying "you MUST switch to 64bit" but it's really not the case and only loosing 500mb of RAM whilst your on a 32bit OS from 4GB is not a massive amount and you wouldn't notice the difference with or without it. So I'd just recommend staying with XP Pro for the moment, maybe wait for Vista Service Pack 1 and then think about switching and if you want too.
