For those who remeber me, yes, im slow, i still havnt brought yet but now iv added to my list and its getting closer to xmas :) iv noticed a few changes to the site (like x1950 price rise) grrrr, but hasnt put me off.

Note: i have ram already no need to add, and i dont need nothing greater then 400 gb

not intending to oc that much, only got 667 ram but its 2 gb worth, it was expensive so not gonna upgrade there.

so how much oc can i expect out of the e1280 with stock cooling + 3 fan 1 air-duct icute cooling case :)
 
Difficult to say exactly but with an E2180 you have a 10x multiplier so running the Ram at specification (333mhz actual for PC5300) then you'd get 3.3ghz. I don't know if the stock cooling will always allow you to but other people have done so successfully so it is certainly possible. Your Ram may go further as well. :)

I heard that too when I was about to order mine, but it was apparently only with winows xp SP1 installation disks. So i slipstreamed my disk and made another so it was SP2, and I had no problems after that.
 
HELP! got a prob :( i order the first 3 things on my list (see top) (doin upgrade in 2 parts)
meant to have had them delivered today (tuesday 27th) they aint arrived :( (no attepted delivery note either)
 
Did you order from OcUK? Because if you did, I believe they use Citylink who always leave a note if they've tried to deliver, and also try again if they don't get you the first time. If you're sure the items have been dispatched by OcUK, then you might want to get hold of City Link and quesiton them about it
 
I'd probably call up my local CityLink depot, you should be able to find the details of your local centre from their website. You could always try ringing up OcUK themselves but the chances are if the order is marked as complete that they have passed the consignment on, they may have more clout though when chasing it up if CityLink claim not to know where the package(s) is.
 
its ok now iv had an email from oc/city link saying the orders have been dispatched today and will be here tommorow (29/11/07) wher nobody will be in that day grrr its as if they know when your in or not!!! so they can make you collect it at depot! :(
