Hi,

I was going to order this and have a few questions.
spec.jpg

1) Abit IP35 or the gigabyte D3SR or even L
2) Any other recommended PSU not too expensive though
3) Graphics card, probably not worth the extra £13 over the 8800GT PNY ?

I intend to do some overclocking. I will probably find out what the CPU/mobo/ram limit is and then back off a reasonable amount for stability as I cap a lot of TV and the like.
I dont have any absolute upper limit for price but for it to go up any more than this would need good justification.

Thanks

I'd get the IP35 for its overclocking prowess. The best PSU is the Corsair HX 520. It's worth the extra money. No, it isn't worth the money since if you wanted to could overclock the cheaper card to get the speed back for free.

i hear good things about the IP35

imho it's worth waiting to see what the new GTS is like ;)

Can't fault the spec apart from what Billytheimpaler said about PSU.

You may aswell go for the OC gfx card if you can afford it :)

If you can stretch your budget another £40 you could get a GTX. Or wait and get a G92 GTS.

Thanks for the replies.
The corsair 520 appears to be out of stock, any negative comments on the OCZ I have added ?
Will get the abit board and probably a cheaper 8800GT. I want to build over xmas so cant really wait much longer for new things to come out.
