Looks nice to me, possibly add an additional HSF if you plan to overclock and a soundcard to make things sound sweeeet.

You don't need such a powerful PSU as the corsair ones are really good I would save some money and get a 520W although the 620W would give you more upgrade room. Also do you really need ultimate I would get Home Premium I have Vista Ultimate and I never use none of the extra features so you should get Home Premium 64Bit and save some cash.
 
hmm, I didn't notice before but the board I chose for the spec supports Crossfire, I'm hoping to get another graphics card in the future and have them in SLI - is there another board you guys could suggest for this purpose?
