You're paying too much for RAM. Any cheap PC2-6400 will do nicely, even when overclocking.

That cooler isn't so great. A Tuniq Tower 120 would cost less and be better.

i've added the tuniq tower but i want 4gb ram and that seems to be as cheap as it gets! or don't i need 4gb?,

sorry forgot to say the pc will be for gaming and encoding
