Without knowing what you are going to be using the Computer for it is hard to comment. You've only got on-board graphics which will suck big time for gaming (even minesweeper :D), but oodles of processing power with four cores...
 
Graphics are not an issue! Just the other stuff needs to be good :)

well even if your just using your PC for desktop work its a really good idea to get a graphics card even if its cheap anything is better than on board graphics, 9400Gt something like that £30-£40

but yeah everything else is all good
 
for desktop work you could save some money with a dual core instead of a quad. And if it will be used for gaming def get a graphics card as onboard is just poor compared to even a cheap card. Also for PSU a modular is def the way to go as it helps clean up cables in your case giving better air flow and therefore temps :)
