Plannin this build aTM was waitin on the case comin back in stock and ive just noticed 2 have appeared 


Obviously it will help towards a better overclock, but I usually feel that it is better to buy midrange when it comes to those sort of components and spend the savings on better core components.
But even so, to me £71 seems a lot to splash out on cpu/ram cooling, I'd imagine that you could spend half that and get clocks only marginally slower.Sorry for stating the obvious but along with your spec you will need:
1. A power supply (500w plus based on your spec),
2. A graphics card, depends on what you intend doing with the pc
3. A hard drive, as above.
