faults no, but you should really consider the £500 bundle, here
You'll need a cooler for the CPU, the oem version doesn't come with the intel stock cooler. The bundle by ocuk seems to pretty good value for i7

It has a CPU cooler, comes pre-installed and overclocked. The motherboard will only take 3 ram sticks in triple channel though (only has 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 16 GB of system memory, as oppossed to 6 on the board you've spec'd).
What's the rest of the system going to be?

I was considering that bundle, but im a picky sod, and i like to do the overclocking myself, its fun 
will be getting Akasa AK-967 Nero cooler and a couple of sammy f1 1tbs, and i will be staying with my GTX 285 for now.
