Looks fine, but if it were me I'd change the PSU for a Zalman/Corsair/Be Quiet and swap the HD to another brand due to recent events Lastly swap the GPU for the passive one for £7 more

The passive one comes HDMI output too, handy for your Hi-Def media (I know DVI will also output high def well, HDMI is just easier for connecting to TV's etc)
