Spec looks good, one thing is the V10 cooler, for £98 I would say personally not worth it, I would rather go custom water cooling or save some cash and look at the Noctua - again this a personal choice :)

I use the Thermalright with my I7 (Intel version) setup running at 4ghz, but you will need to buy a fan.

Another good cooler is this one again you will need to purchase a fan and fan clips.
