Hi
I have been assigned the task of building a new computer for a family member who just wants it for general stuff like the internet, MSN, Word etc. and basically just said they want it to be 'fast' (because their old laptop was running a Celeron processor and about 512MB of memory and it was ridiculously sluggish and slow).
They have a budget of £400 (but they said they can stretch to an extra £20-£30 or so).
This is what I have come up with:
Is this a good spec for general computing? This is all they need, they are just going to use Vista which they have on disc so the OS is sorted.
