Theres a couple of extra things in there to get the old pc working, but apart from that any recommendations?

The 80gb Seagate seems expensive, I would change this to a Samsung 320gb F1, The Samsung F2 will be fine for a storage.

Its actually 2 of them, ones to go into my old pc to get it running so I can give it to my old man & I was going to use the other to just put windows on, good idea/bad idea?

Anything with the words Eco and Green in it are guaranteed crap.
Ditch the F2 & go with the F3 then should I?

I've been out the loop for about 5 years so any help is appreciated.

Oooh, last thing I knew it was good to have windows on it's own drive, what's changed in the last few years?

Cheers for the advice guys, i'll take a look at what you've recommended later when I get the chance.
