Iv got the Upgrade Bug.

Current PC

Intel c2d 7200 @ 3ghz
Asus P5Q (plain)
ATI 4870 512mb
4gb ddr2
2x 320gb in raid 0
620W enermax PSU Liberty i think

Res is 1920x1080
All is done on it is gaming.

is it worth me upgrading to this? or would my money be better spent on a new graphics card and SSD?

personaly i would say that its not worth it and for the same money you could get 1156 socket

if you want to upgrade grab a q6600 of ebay or 8200 or similar from here
and a 5850

No point mate - get on the MM and buy a second hand quad and a cooler if you need it. If you're gaming then you might want a beefier gpu or as I'm not sure which of the models the "Asus P5Q (plain)" is then, if its one of the models with a second PCIE slot, you might want to buy another ATI 4870 512mb and crossfire.
