I'm giving in to temptation and instead of going for a small upgrade I'm looking to order this end of October I'm guessing (funds allowing):

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 OC Special Edition 1536MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card **Supplied with FREE Batman: Arkham City PC game** £374.99
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - OEM £173.99
Asus P8Z68-V Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £130.00
OCZ Z-Series 850W '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply £94.99
OCZ Agility 3 60GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive (AGT3-25SAT3-60G) £69.98
Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB SATA 6Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM (ST2000DL003) £61.99
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX) £41.99

So, I am keeping my case (Akasa Eclipse), looking to upgrade my Samsung 2232BW with a new 24" that I can mount on the wall (I've been looking at the Dell UltraSharp U2412M but I'm not sure it's the right option for me). Looking to get a second GTX 580 in the future so let me know what you think... Also unsure on the cooler, looked at the new self contained water cooler from OcUK.

edit: Looking at the motherboard in more detail the PCIe slots are only dual x8, would it be more prudent to get dual x16?

What is your price range, also, where is the cooler for the I5.. Wouldn't be right if you didnt overclock it :D As for the x8 vs x6 you wont notice much of a difference, not with dual 580's.
I was hoping for some guidance on the cooler!

maybe swap the ssd for the crucial m4 version.

pay the little extra for the retail processor rather than oem.

depending on your preference maybe go for the samsung f4 2tb drive.
?
What're the differences between the SSD drives?

Yeah, I should for the warranty at least...

Is it not worth going for the 6Gb/s? I have a f4 already and think it's a great drive so I don't mind having another, was just looking more towards better performance?

Thanks guys.

Cool, I'll put the F4 on there then instead. I'll pop in to Hard drives to find out about the best 60GB SSD.

Thanks for the cooler suggestions also. I may go for that Antec...
