Been a while since i made my own built, so gathered some parts together and came up with the above. I want a rig that i game easily on, does not sound like its away to take off and is quite fast.

Any suggestions on the above or does this look good?

£6 more gets a retail processor the main benefit of which is a 3 year warranty instead of 1.

£6 for 2 years extra warranty, it makes sense to me.

This spec looks good, thanks for all your inputs! I do not plan on going crossfire.
 
It is a good spec and as Surveyor says, get the retail CPU as not only does it come with the longer warranty, it also has a retail box and a stock heatsink that will help its re-sale value.
