is the psu i selected fully modular?
would 850w cover two 290xs?
edit: the psu i picked is leadex also, what do you mean by blingy mate?
also random question but when u buy ssds do they come with the cables needed to fit them?

Yes 850W is enough for 2 x 290X gpu's. I would suggest dropping down to a 290 as the 290x doesn't give you a whole lot more for the money.

Also check out the EVGA Supernova G2 850W psu instead. It has a longer warranty than the Leadex. The EVGA doesn't have the LED connectors, but they are virtually the same internally as they are both built by Superflower and based on the Leadex platform.

The last SSD I bought just had the bare drive. You should get enough SATA cables with the Motherboard though. They normally give you at least two.

think a 290 would handle 1440p at decent frame rates playing games like bf4/dayz/cs:go/arma/crisis 3 etc?

if so i'll get a 290
