Posted this in General Hardware, but as it's more relevant here, hoping for some quick feedback so I can order the bits.

ASRock Fatal1ty X99M Killer Micro ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor
Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler (?? - looking for views on cooler)
Kingston Fury Black 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-19200C15 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black (HX424C15FBK2/16) (out of stock, but memory timings seem to be the best. Still unsure whether to go for higher clock memory?)
Sapphire AMD R7 250 Ultimate (need 4k via DP, also this is passive which appeals)
SuperFlower Golden Silent 500W Fanless "80 Plus Platinum" Power Supply - Black
Corsair Carbide Series Air 240 High Airflow PC Case - Black (CC-9011070-WW)

Will these bits all fit? And allow an overclock to 4GHz+? How many additional case fans should I be looking to get?

Thanks guys. Went for the h100i in the end and quite impressed with how inaudible it is in silent mode.

I bought corsair vengeance lpx 2400 memory in the end. 2x8gb modules. Reading up on quad channel memory, would I have gotten much performance improvement with 4x4gb? Also wondering if I should have gone for faster memory, though reading around it seems it wouldn't make much difference.

The corsair 240 is a brilliant case. I love the dual compartment, as it makes it so much easier to hide the cables. This pc was to replace an Intel nuc, which I found underpowered. The six core processor blows it away. Very impressed. I've not built a pc since my q6600, so this is quite a significant upgrade.
