Any suggestions on improvements or would this be good to go?

GPU - Planning on a Pascal Titan X
CPU Cooler is a H105

Will be running off a Corsair AX860i (not sure if this might need something a bit bigger?). Two other SSD's will also be running.

I have a retail copy of Windows 7 so don't need an OS and will be going into my Carbide Air case.

Memory is overpriced given the performance plus why fill all the slots?

I'd go for this
