I don't think it'll be overclocked (it's for my brother).

Also is the dual fan edition much better? The only thing that put me off it is that the fans are permanently on 100%.

It'll be for playing games such as minecraft and a few others that aren't too demanding.

Also would it be worth getting that CPU or getting a cheaper one?
