It was my intention to ask for any thoughts or comments on the below

But getting my forum account activated took just over a day longer than I thought it would (I did have one years ago but couldn't remember the details) so I pressed the buy button and I've had the lovely email saying its being shipped

Anyway I suppose my main concern is the RAM, I know this stuff is supposed to be good so do you guys think I'll be fine?

Or any other comments? even though a little late for me to do much about it.

The case was something I was also debating, I'm not too fussed what it looks like though as long as it does its job so ended up on that one.

Also forgot to mention

I got 2 of the HDDs, will RAID make much difference? And dhat sort of partition sizes do people use?

I got 2 of the RAM kits, was deciding for quite a while as to go this way or 2 x 2GB sticks.

Depends what you are trying to achieve with it. Speed? Reliability?

Speed, just not sure how much difference it will make, oh well I suppose its there so may as well use it

The size of the hard drive ... Does anyone still partition their HDs into little bits?
