Spec for 1st gaming PC

Im thinking of building my own PC for gaming. It will be pretty much a pure gaming machine with a little web browsing but nothing else. Im thinking a budget of around £800 but can probably go higher if needed. I want to use my tv for the monitor so i think i need something built around the Sugo SG07 case or something a similar size so M-ITX. Ive never done this before so could do with help for the full spec.

CPU. Was thinking i5. Probably wont overclock.

Graphics
RAM.
SSD (around 120GB) for os and couple of games
500GB upto 1TB HDD
OS
Optical drive
KB+M preferably wireless as ill be about 10 feet from TV
The case mentioned above has 600W PSU but im open to suggestions on case and PSU

I may be able to make some space for a full size tower in the spare room rather than making a small form factor pc. Does this spec sound ok? Is everything compatible? Anything you would change?
