Any chance of reducing that further? Also, are the CPU and PSU (now £60

) OK? I'd like to get it even cheaper (if possible). I'm happy to change anything.

Edit: will be used for Photoshop, Web design, Office, music, movies, etc. Very light gaming occasionally.

Also I'm aware I forgot to add a mouse/keyboard... I have chosen some. I have also since added Vista, raising the price further, oh dear

You wanting to overclock? It would be rude not to, stick a 3rd party cooler in there. As for the motherboard, I'd go with an ASUS P45 for that price range, they cannot be beaten.

Thanks a lot mate, is that card any good compared to the 9800? Also, what res can you play on a 20" monitor with the card you specced? Is it worth downgrading to a 19", would I notice the difference (never had any more than a 17" with 4:3 ratio

).

I do need to get the price down as much as possible, but I'm not sure whether I could save on the motherboard (slight overclocking, not too much) and I don't think I could stretch to that Asus board sorry.

Edit: the E5200 says 'Pentium Dual Core'. Does that make it crap? (no offence to anyone with E5200s lol.) Also, I don't care about gaming so much, so could anyone confirm if the card specced above is OK? Thanks very much.

dont care about gaming?... then you got the wrong card.. how much you not care about gaming ? lol name something you want to play

and as the other guy say stick an Artic Freezer pro 7 cooler on it .. probs get a 1ghz overclock on that cpu maybe more

Light gaming the 4670 is a good choice. Really performs with less power draw

You have been a member long enough, and, i think, have the requesite number of posts so apply for free shipping for being a loyal forum member, that will save a few £££.

Log onto OcUK, goto "your Account" then "You and your account" and put in your forum name and password, update.

Thanks for the replies everyone, tbh I'd be happy with CoD 4 on medium settings, but the main things are image editing and Web design. Getting the minimum graphics card would save me £££, as would getting the E5200, but it says it's Dual Core... :S
