Spec for a friend. (£400)

My friend wants a computer for £400 monitor included. I know it a low budget but I have no idea where to start so I thought I'd ask.

He does a fair bit of HD video editing for his YouTube channel so a CPU is a priority, he would like to be able to upgrade the CPU and add a GPU at a later date.

Thanks for reading and I know its a very low budget but any help would be greatly appreciated.

i5 2500k.
MSI Cheepo motherboard (could get the one with a football I guess)
Antec PSU.

To be honest mate £400 monitor included isn't going to cut it, he'll have like half of a PC and wish he'd spent a bit more. Best I could do, and it's not that good.

Yea, get your friend to up his budget. It means he won't be spending more in the future, so my spending more he'll save more.
