Spec for a friend advise

Hi folks, could you help me out with this spec for a friend. he isnt into gaming but likes movies and the usual internet surfing and he wants me to build a rig for him. I have came up with this rig however im not sure out of the 2 proccessors and the 2 graphics cards. thanks dom

Sorry what? You're planning on buying two cards and two processors? Or do you just want to decide between them?

I'd choose the E7200 over the E2180, because it's worth the price premium, the E7200 is excellent value for money.

i don't really know much about ati graphics to be honest.
what size monitor does he use?
