Hey guys just wondered if someone could post a spec for my mates missus.

Budget 400 quid

need psu, case, hdd, cpu, ram, gfx, sound

Used mainly for general stuff and world of warcraft

lowrider007 has given you a pretty good specification, you might need a 20-24pin adapter for the PSU that comes with the case. If you go for the 3200 Venice I'd suggest getting the Sapphire X800 GTO 256mb as it is a much better graphics card than the 6600. If you don't need the DVDRW then I'd suggest spending some of the spare on a better case, maybe something by Antec with an ATX 2.0 compliant PSU :)
 
This will run WoW VERY nicely and do the rest just fine too of course :).

I have that Video Card myself :) Sorry to ask a lame question, but whats the difference between a £20 mobo and a £50 mobo ? is it neccessary to spend that much on a mobo ?

£20 mobo will typically have a very simplistic BIOS, lower quality sound, less expansion options, missing features ( no LAN for instance or no PCI-E ) and slower chipset. Some or all of the above.
