Spec for a friend

My mate has recently got back into pc gaming after several years on consoles.

His current rig is something of a mongrel I threw together for him but now he wants to do a complete overhaul to last him the next few years.

He primarily wants the pc for gaming but also does a lot of downloading.

He needs everything except a case. His current psu is a 500w cm elite that came with his case (430) but I honestly don't trust it 100%. At least not for a fairly high end gaming rig.

His budget is £600-700.
