Spec for a new PC (~£600)

Hi,

I am looking at a new budget build for abt £600 without screen, Win, etc. Only the desktop. Wondering if such budget will allow 1080p at 60Hz? Don't play FPS, but more simulation based games (e.g. ETS2 etc. and maybe GTA V)

Currenty looking at the following setup (know I am missing a PSU still), but are looking for advice whether it makes sense or if anyone can propose something better within the budget? If a GTX 970 is possible within £700 that would also be interesting.
