Spec For Friend

My friend wants a PC for watching Videos in his room, and using it to upload music/movies to his iPod etc.

Main use is MSN, Surfing Internet, Watching Films/DVD's, The odd game of FM.

Budget is £400-450 for everything (monitor, kb/mouse too), he is wanting a 19" Widescreen if possible as its used for a TV basically.

He wants the case to be as small as possible..so far ive found the Antec Cube maybe that will do?
