Spec for gaming pc £1000ish please

Right lets start again, had a bit more of a think about it now.

Want a PC for high end gaming, I have also got to do some video editing but not a lot and it will most likely be a one off.

Will most likely get it all at once but would happy go for other options at the mo and upgrade at a later date on parts if needed.

Around a £1000 to spend, at this time I need the PC with OS

A friend of mine saw the above thread and it looks good to me, what do other people think???

Will most likely drop a 2tb hdd in it and a decent sound card at some point. Have already ordered some ssd from ocuk on this weeks special offer.

Will need to think of a screen at some point

Im not that much into FPS really so wont need to run them at max power

Monitor looks superb.

Any thing on a bigger scale? Looking at moving the Pc (once ive built it) into the lounge so a bigger one to use as a monitor/tv
 
i'm by no means an expert in these matters. maybe post in the monitors forum, someone who knows a bit more about it is bound to help you out.

i would get a decent cooler. the stock one will suffice but a better cooler will be quieter and looks better, will alow you to overclock later on without having to reinstall the cooler.

better to get one now and not need it than need it later. will save the hassle. good ones are not even expensive.
