Spec for gaming rig

Hi, I'm building a desktop for the family that should be able to play current games decently. I'll be aiming to do a moderate O/C that can be left alone after I leave. The price is an issue so any money saving tweaks would be great. Thanks.

You will need to change the memory as you need DDR3 for the 920, also I would look to drop down to a 4870 unless you get a 24" + screen, also change the PSU to the Corsair 620HX as with a modular PSU, you only connect the cables you need/
