Replace the PCIe SSD with 2.5" SSD or M2 SSD, the motherboard only has 1x PCIe slot and it'll be used for the GPU.

Could save some money if you drop the CPU down to i5 and RAM to 8GB, performance won't be much worse. (It's what I would do anyways)

Everything else seems fine.
 
You might want to consider a different ssd manufacturer than samsung atm. The asynchronous TRIM they use has severe problems on a number of linux distros and potentially problems in the future with queued trim on Windows 10 as well.
