Spec help please. Components to go into an nr200 build.

A while back I made an nr200 with

Corsair sf750 psu
5600x
Gigabyte aorus ax b550 mobo
3060ti
Wd s750 m2 ssd
Noctua cooler

My mate at work is now looking to build similar.

Does my spec still hold up or is there a better spec available now?

Budget of 1k max.

Any input appreciated.

Grab a FE in stock and maybe downgrade to the 5600 if the price is right. I'd also take whatever is cheaper from the WD 750 SE, 770 and 570. The original 750 had DRAM by the way, which none of those I just mentioned do.

if you are looking for a better spec, you could consider upgrading the CPU to an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, the GPU to an RTX 3070This would give you a slightly better performance and still stay within your budget.
