Hi all, Current rig is approx 2 years old now but has served me v well

Any good, worth the upgrade?! as I've not had my eye firmly on the market for a while! Are the components listed compatible? Any alternative components ?

Hi, currently using a 500GB external western digital hard drive, leave system drive(s) purely for games, software and other essentials!

Actually yes, the components are compatible. But if I were you, I would got for the 680i mobo incase you wan to SLI later. But the mobo you chose is still a good one. I would still prefer you get a internal HDD tho, external HDD's transfer rate is slower.
