Spec Help Required!

Im looking to do Watercooling for the first time. I've started reading up about it and i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with a build?

I have a budget which is quite flexible so im not worried about the price as long as it isnt over kill! Im not looking for a massive build just a nice smart basic one as i dont need an extreme Build and i was hoping for maybe an orange kind of Liquid etc as i have the Full Strix Orange & Black Peripheral Set.

I do not overclock my computer but i will soon!

Here is my current build.
Processor - I5-3570k
GPU - R9 290 XFX
Ram - Corsair Vengance 8GB (2x4)
Motherboard - P8Z68-V GEN3
Storage:
- 128GB Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB ATA Device (SSD)
- 150GB Seagate ST3160812AS ATA Device (SATA)
- 500GB Seagate ST500LM012 HN-M500MBB ATA Device
Sound card - ASUS Xonar DG
Case - Im tempted to buy the NZXT H440 Orange & Black case.

Feel fee to leave Any Tips or Advice as well, all help is appreciated.

If you get a H440 I can give you loads of advice as it is the case I did my first ever loop in.

With you Mobo you can fit a 35mm thick rad in the roof with a single set of fans.

For the front you can get any thickness you want providing you don't need more than one 3.5" HDD slot and you mount your Pump and res elsewhere. See this post to see how I did it.

Looks awsome, i think i will get the h440 as i really like the orange and black case. I can change my HDD and get bigger Capacity (1TB) or something, what about an SSD? is there any space for my SSD to sit?

Im guessing you used a 360 Rad in the front and 240 on the top?

Also, im guessing this is how you done it?

So Basically from Reservoir to the 'IN' on the CPU Block.
Then From the 'Out' on CPU to One of the Radiator Barbs.
Then from the Radiator to the Reservoir.
Add Liquid+coil,Connect Pump to PSU using bridge, Run/ Test.
So thats the CPU Done.

Same procress on the GPU? But to Another RAD and Res?

Only thing im stuck on is that Pump to the Res? how do i attatch it?
