Spec help - wanting to order

Hi all,

I asked for some help speccing my 2k gaming rig, and was giving some recommendations by Stulid, which I've taken and a couple of ideas from others. I got this last week and now coming to order, there are quite a few things out of stock! I want to order it now, but should I wait until things are back in stock or are there are good alternatives (don't want to accept worse!).

Does the spec look ok? Also, will i need anything else, such as cabling or something obvious I'm missing?
